Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2018-23 consultation
Thank you for your contribution to the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2018-23 consultation. Consultation is now closed and the working group is reviewing survey responses. A summary feedback report will be published on this page in early 2024. |
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2018–23 sets out DPIRD’s commitment to ensure our services, facilities and interactions are accessible, welcoming and inclusive to our stakeholders, the community, and DPIRD employees.
We are now seeking your feedback on how well we are meeting this commitment. We are also keen to hear what you would like us to include in our next DAIP.
You can download a copy of the current DAIP at this link: DPIRD DAIP 2018-23. To obtain a paper copy, email daip@dpird.wa.gov.au or phone (08) 6551 4398.
By completing the survey below, you can help identify any issues of access and inclusion that affect you, your family and/or carers in your interactions with DPIRD as a stakeholder, community member or department employee. The survey contains 14 questions about the DAIP, and 6 questions seeking demographic information.
Depending on your feedback, it may take about 15–20 minutes to complete.
Survey closing date
Please complete the survey by 4pm on 11 December 2023.
