Declared Pest Rates consultation 2026-27

The Declared Pest Rates consultation survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated.

Under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Declared Pest Account) Regulations 2014, the Minister for Agriculture and Food consulted on Declared Pest Rates (DPR) for the 2026-27 financial year.

This annual consultation helps the department understand landholder views on the DPR.

The consultation opened on 17 April 2026 and closed on 17 May 2026. The Minster has now reviewed the results and determined the Rates. The rates were published in the Western Australian Government Gazette 68 of 2026, see link in key documents section of this webpage.
