The Declared Pest Rates consultation survey is now closed. Thank you to all who participated.
In accordance with the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Declared Pest Account) Regulations 2014, the Minister for Agriculture and Food carried out consultation on the 2024-25 Declared Pest Rates (DPR).
Consultation started on 17 April 2024 and closed on 16 May 2024 at 4 pm (AWST). The Minster has reviewed the results of the consultation and determined the Rates. The Rates were published in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
This annual consultation is a valuable process to enable the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) to gauge landholder perceptions of the Declared Pest Rates.
